The account must belong to the copyright owner of the work. If the copyright belongs to your business (for instance) then you can register  Submitters’ Accounts under the name of your business. You will need to supply documentation to the effect that the copyright of the images from multiple image creators belong to the business, and the payments will also go to the business, not to an individual.

Keep in mind that should you, for some reason, sell your business, the copyright of the images will travel with your business.

If your business split at some point and image copyright needs to be transferred to individuals, all the images would need to be removed and re-uploaded under the new copyright owners’ accounts.

At this time the images will also be re-reviewed and as quality control continuously improve and evolve, it might happen that images will not be re-approved.
